    Mailbox migration issues from CMM to CallPilot. Temporary until we have AAM next year

    Hello all first post, but hopefully not too difficult!

    We are currently split between CS1000's for most locations and incoming lines and CM for our contact center, helpdesk, and 2 remote locations. We have about 20 users on CMM but need to migrate them to CallPilot for the time being so that we can HA the cm's and we were told you couldn't have messaging on the same server when it's setup as HA. Not a big deal, I've been able to setup stations that correctly forward to callpilot and have the interoperability working, however we have 3 mailboxes setup as virtual stations, if a customer calls after hours they are given the option to leave a voicemail.
    When I change the coverage path for these stations and dial from a CM phone it will cover correctly to callpilot, but dialing from a cs1k phone gives the re-order tone and says release and try again. I think it is making it to the forward as the display on the cs1k phone has the "cfwd" marker but then it just gets re-order.
    I can see in the traces that there is a SIP 500 message Server Internal Error, I've looked at the traces in Session Manager but I'm not able to find anything more specific as to why the calls fail.
