I need help for Avaya cm 6.3 s8800, my customer asking for feature that he can use desk phone as a spy device if he use feature code +EXT he can able to listen room conversation with out any beep, there was option in norsatr as voice call but with 1 beep. Is it possible in avaya cm6.3. Your help will be great for me.
