Hi,
I have a problem installing this application (Avaya Collaboration Servies) and I really don't have any clues why is happening.
I want to deploy Avaya One-x Comm and Avaya Collaboration Services, I've extracted the msi files for both apps. Avaya One-X Com installs without problems, but Avaya Collaboration Services gives error code 1603 on some computers (please see docx file for the more details). Both msi files were launched from a system context.
Do you know why this is happening? And how could I resolve the problem?
