We have a Avaya 6.3 8300, group page with 60 members, we added aMP80 and we have MP20 because we were getting slow page cut thru this has been working great but 8 months latter they are getting the same problem. How do I trace the operator paging to see what is happening. She has a soft-console. Avaya one-x console. How to I monitor DSP's as well. ?
