I have a scenario. example Customer 987654321 calls to IVR(AAEP -SIP) and get transferred to VDN 1234 and it reaches to agent extn 4321.
now agent at 4321 avaya extn transfers the call back to IVR. Here, now, on AAEP getting the ANI as 4321 (Agent Extn). but I need to get the original customer number as ANI. how to configure in Avaya CM?
