My Callpilot MWI and Audio 5.00.141.143

Ever since I installed this upgrade to 5 My Call Pilot Servers and updated the MWI on the PC's my message plays automatically.
When I click the telephone icon it brings up the webpage then logs in, then automatically plays the message. We need to not play these messages automatically. If anyone knows the fix please share.
