I purchase Scopia few month ago but since the beginning it is impossible to have the Scopia Meeting Add-In working fine in Outlook 2016. It was working for several days after I have fixed the registry but after Outlook updates it disappears once again. It is a very frustrating behavior
. We opened a ticket and the support asked us to upgrade the version but still not working.



Please advise on how we can get this add-in working fine in Outlook 2016. My users are shooting the Scopia solution for just an add-in not working. But they are right and I start to ask myself if Avaya is able to create an add-in working in Outlook just like Symantec, Teamviewer, ... know ho to do.
