We are experimenting with having our 1XC clients search AD directly. We don't have any issues connecting, however it would appear our AD environment is not setup correctly for 1XC. It is returning our office number for all users instead of their extension (which we store in the IP Phone field).
Is there anyway to change where 1XC looks for the contact number?
