Scopia Presentation Error
Hi all.
I'm having trouble transmitting the presentation on the XT500 devices, my Scopia equipment, they are all in the latest version released in Jan / 2017 Mcu, PathFinder, Gatekeeper and Endpoints, all in the latest version.
The transmission problem only occurs with endpoints on the laptop or mobile work normally. I do the presentation at one end she sees proper presentation but the other tip does not see that happens in some endpoints not at all but it is something that is not always with the same equipment.
If anyone has any idea what that problem is, it would help.
