I Team, Good Day
I Have Question about ACCS & IPO Connectivity.
Scenario :- IPO Office Server Edition R10 with ACCS 7.0 (Configured at Same location) , one 500v2 (as expansion) installed at Remote Office. All agents configured at 500v2 (Remote Location).
When call comes on IVR (ACCS) and get routed to agent. Shouldn’t the call be directly connected. Coz agents and PRI is at same location. But when I check in system status when ACCS(IVR) route the call to agent (at remote location),
There are two way call … PRI to CDN (eg. 4000) & CDN to Agent. So even agents and PRI are at same location, my voice quality depends on Link between IPO Primary server and 500v2.
Is there any Way? that when call connects it should be directly communicating ?
