I have an end user whose phone is setup like as a vector giving caller options if the phone isn't answered. They informed me today that they will be working from home on thursday's and want to forward (ec500) to their cell phone on that day.
Is it possible for me to setup time of day on the vector that: on thursday mornings (let's say 8:45 am to 5 pm) that the calls will ring to her cell phone without changing her coverage path? Currently, the cov path rings 3 then to v2288 sending the call to vector 412.
For today, I changed to cov path from 313 to 3 so I could enable ec500. I want this to somehow be automatically done on thursday's. Any suggestions?
