Authentication Exception due to incorrect handler

I had to reconstruct my desktop yesterday & now I'm getting an error trying to access UCM. I get:

Authentication Exception due to incorrect handler

I'm using Firefox 50.0.1, which I have been using for 6 months prior w/o issue. Anyone have experience w/ this error?
