Change CLID based on PBX location and called number

I have one of our call center sites for which I need to route some dialed numbers like 131 , 121 ..etc such that it goes with specific CLID only for this site
All outbound calls will go over our SIP trunks
We use cm 6.3 and session manager routing engine
Any advice if this is really feasible via some session manager routing / adaptation tweaks and/or CM advanced routing / pub unknown
