Avaya Voice Portal is playing an announcement "the system is experiencing technical difficulties please try again later", the calls never completes, we didn't made changes in any configuration in this servers, services VPMS and MPP running, there are no alarms, is very strange because no one else knows how access the servers.
If anybody knows about a procedure to solve this problem and wants to share it.
