We are using hunt group queue alert buttons on telephones and have what may sound like an odd question. We have been reading the time that appears on the phone as minutes:seconds. However, we had one hunt group that got very backed up. They are alerted at 16 minutes and we have seen quit large wait times but today users noticed that they had many callers waiting but the time was showing 00:00.
I am guessing we perhaps met some type of time maximum??? If that is the case, did we go over 99 minutes of wait time?
Any insight into how we could have had zeros showing in the queue time would be greatly appreciated.
