Is there a way to disable 802.1x authentication for just the voice VLAN?
We are using 4850's and 4548's.The voice and data share the port so we can't just disable authentication on the entire port.
The problem we have is our Mitel phones us to manually enter a the username and password they will use for authentication and are unable to use certificates. To manually enter usernames and passwords into each phone isn't feasible. What I would like to do is disable 802.1x on the phones and have the switches bypass authentication for all traffic on the voice VLAN.
