We use a single server AACC 6.1 solution, which includes Multimedia and after a reboot of the CCMS server, the CCMS_SIP Service, CCMS_TFE Service, and CCMS ASM Service do not come up. They just indicate 'Starting' and calls donot come into the contact center.
There is no alarm on the AES which just indicates Listening on port 4723.
