Hi all, for Avaya Contact Recorder V15 version , understand on the general setup tab on WFO portal, there's an option to change the duration of the recording files kept on system. If i just need to keep the recordings for e.g 3 mths, do i need to change the below settings only assuming there's no archiving setup.
-days to retain calls =90
-retain call details for (mths ) = 3
and for the above settings, can be performed during office hours ? any restart of service required? thanks
