ACR "Session view" provided full call info.
Migrated ACR to ACRA, but unable to have full call view of calls that include transfers in a simple search.
Tried to add registration of CDN's to ACRA, to get TSAPI info from CDN's involved in transfers, but not possible. Was in ACR.
Only VDN or Huntgroup is an option.
Any ideas?
