Can anyone tell me if there is any required configuration for a CCMS to work as MLS only, we need an AACC 6.1 to work as a CTI link to Genesys, but when we start the application and the services go up a Windows message shows that in the MAS Trace window there are multiple SQL errors as well as the services return a 0 value.
All pre-requisites for the server where validated as well as the post-installation tasks in the commissioning manual.
Can you give me some ideas?
