I have a problems with the UCID in WFO 10.1 hybrid recording in CM5.2 AACC6.2 environment.
For DN calls, the UCID is generated by CM and thus starts with 1 which is correctly reported in Voice portal and WFO and the GUID field in AACC database table.
But for CDN calls, the UCID seems to be generated by the AACC Mas and starts with 8. Nowhere could I find the corresponding number in the database of AACC.
I need a consistent UCID, preferably the one generated by the CM to links the calls in Voice Portal, AACC and WFO or any way to match the CM UCID with the WFO UCID.
Appreciate any guide lines.
