We are using Siebel to integrate with PCS. We had based on the guide to install the driver from PCS into Siebel server. We had successfully displayed the PCS tools bar in Siebel and login to PCS without any problem. However, when we attach to the job from them tools bar, PCS return error "Avaya PDS Attach To Job Failure - Fieldname supplied does not match available list". Any idea on this error ?
