I am installing an AES R6.1 with CallCopy and AACC. The CallCopy documentation requires me to go into the AES to User Management. But that menu selection is not there. I can see that selection on other AVAYA documentation on the AOM screen below the Status selection. I checked another AES R6.1 and User management is not there either. The CallCopy documentation is from an old AES R5.2. Is there something I have to activate to enable the User Management selection from the menu? Thanks.
