CMS 16.1: Historical split/skill report generate negative value

Hi all,

We have noticed an abnormality in one CMS Historical Split/Skill report: for one 15-minute period some values appear to be negative (% ACD Time, Avg Pos Staff,Calls Per Pos) and all other positive.

Any help?
