Our customer is currently using MPS500 system with E1 connectivity
to existing Erricsson PBX they also have a Genesys T server for CTI
Supposingly they need to migrate to latest platform for IVR can we recommend below
1> Avaya Aura Experience Portal -> Avaya provided server
2> Proactive Outreach Manager --> Managed Application
3> Call Back Assist --> Managed Application
Do we need to provision any additional Avaya product to support all of above ?
