Hi,
On AACC 6.2, the supervisor cannot observe the agent which belongs to his group.
When clicking the ¨Observe¨ option on Supervisor AAAD, I can see the agent when choosing Agent Name item on filter, but the contacts field is empty and Observe/Barge-in are unavailable.
Any help would be appreciate it.
