AEP - HTTP Error for URL

Hi,
I am getting the below error in AEP log viewer:

HTTP Error for url = http://10.144.141.34:8080/IDBI_IVR/S...%3A%2FIDBI_IVR, Method = POST, HttpStatus = 500, HTTPStatusDescription = Internal server error Session=avpDC3-2013246091530-1,

Need help in understanding the error message.
