Hi,
We've just started using WFO and we are having some issues forecasting.
We have 11 queues that we are creating forecasts for. Everything seems ok when we create the forecast, the problem is when we scale the forecast (having selecting a number of queues).
For example before scaling, Queue A calls forecst = 200
Queue B calls forecat = 500
If we increase the calls by say 10%, the combined forecast total is 770, but the calls forecast for Queue A now = 760 and queue B = 10 when it should be 220 and 550 respectively.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
