    Proactive Contact - Average Handle Time

    Hello. We've just started using Proactive Contact dialler and now tring to understanded Average Handle Time. Using the Field Descriptions explained in a PDF it talks about data fields Dur1, Dur2, Dur3 Dur4 and Dur5. From this we should be able to work out AHT, however, the actual data doesn't make sense using our understanding of the fields.
