First time poster here. I have an issue where I am wanting to add new VDN's to receive the survey from the WFO product. My question is I have it all configured just like a working VDN but the survey is not playing as expected. I do not know where to configure that particular VDN so it will start receiving surveys. Everything is the same with the working VDN's, if someone could nudge me hard in the right direction I would appreciate it.
