Hello,
I am using an Avaya Proactive Contact 4.2.2 dialer. I have tried twice now to create an infinite list on my dialer and it does not seem to work. I'm hoping someone here can help me...
The symptoms are the same for both attempts, so I'll detail what I did for the second since I tried to touch as little as possible in that instance.
I created a basic CSV file with three columns: ACCTNUM, PHONE1, RANK. Each had 3 rows in it. I know the importer wants more, but it didn't complain, and I doubt that's the issue. I created a second with different values in ACCTNUM for my "update" download.
I created a List in In Progress, saved it as Pending, and performed the following changes:
List:
I signed in using the Avaya Agent, took one call, hung up and did not finish work.
Then I FTPed the second CSV to the dialer and loaded it using "Download records for infinite job". Knowing that the Infinite List handles updating the record selection and job, I didn't mess with anything else.
When I worked my way through the calls using the Agent, it never gets to the calls from the second CSV file and, in the Editor's "Selection Reports" tab, I can see that the selection for my infinte list started and never stopped. (It shows as "In Process" forever.)
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please?

List:
- Renamed Fields (ACCTNUM, PHONE1, RANK)
- Set "Index calling list for quick sorting and searching" with Key field ACCTNUM
- Configured Infinite List with ACCTNUM for "Key for removing duplicate records" and "Key for indexing records"
- Created and assigned a strategy file since none that we had would work.
- Changed the Records tab to use ACCTNUM instead of FIELD1
- Checked everything in the Results tab.
- Sort by RANK Ascending
- Fixed "Line type(s) for use on job"
- Created and assigned a screen since none that we had would work.
- Assigned an existing Agent Keys definition file name.
