    Message Forwarding Keeps Getting Deactivated?

    Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows why the message forwarding keeps getting deactivated even though we enable in the Mailbox Manager?

    To be more specific, when I log on my Mailbox Administration using the Mailbox Manager, I get the pop-up message:

    "Your Message Forwarding has been deactivated. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

    So then I go into the Message Forwarding option under My Mailbox and enable it. After a short period of time, I get the pop-up message again that it's deactivated as soon as I log in.

    Anyone know why it keeps getting deactivated?
