Hi,
We are trying to enable TLS between the Avaya Voice Portal (AVP 5) and Nuance Speech Server (NR 9.0). We dropped the verisign certificates under the certs folder in the speech server and changed the NSSserver.config accordingly. We then imported the certificates onto the AVP in the Speech Server Certificates category.
But while trying to place a test call, we are seeing the following error in the EPMs console..
