Does holiday table take account of VDN timezone offset?
Hi,
I have CM 6.01, main CM server 8800 is in EST timezone, the G450 with LSP is in multiple timezones, PST, GMT and SAST.
The service hour table is working correctly accroding to location that is set on system with time offset and daylight saving rule in place.
There is issue with holiday table, as it doesn't reference to location, and I tested with VDN timezone offset that without too much success. The work around is to offset the time in holiday table manually, ie. 5 pm PST, I have to put 8 pm( system times in EST) in Holiday table.
Please provide information to resolve this, or a CM upgrade to 6.2/6.3 will do the trick.
