I am new to IPOCC.. I played with it and now I have a bit of understanding on how it works.. But, when it comes to creating a dialer campaign, I simply don't understand..
I have read the documents related to this, i know the theory, but when I try and set up a simple campaign to call a number nothing happens..
So I will start with a simple questions, what are the Access Codes and how ar ethey used if the system simply calls the customer and transfer the call to an agent...
