We have implement AACC NCC 6.4 SP15 to integrate two AACC HA site for unified reporting and call routing between two sites.
Now the problem is that Network skill-based routing is not happening. We can able to see the call request on both side in ASM log but its throwing Agent reservation timeout exception.
We don't know if we missed any things. If anyone have idea about the NCC, please clarify the below points.
1. 1. Do we need any configure change in UC(Unified Communication) side in both site for NSR(Network Skill based Routing) to work?
2. 2. Do we have option to create agents in NCC server like network skill set creation?
3. 3. Do we need to change AACC scripts except queuing to Network skill set for NSR ?
4. How call routing is happening between sites in Network Contact Center environment.
6. 5. Any prerequisites required from Unified Communication side ?
