I have a POM sending SMS's to the customer. In the set-up I have enabled Registered Delivery to Always and Blind mode is set to Transceiver.
I am receiving the delivery status on some days.
But there are other days, the status of the message is not getting update. For these days, I can only see the status as SMS sent.
I normally restart the POM service, reboot server, restart gateway and it works.
Please can you let me know how to make this working consistently.
During the days when the status of the sms is not getting updated, I can see the Delivery status of the message on the sms gateway which is getting updated correctly.
