Hi,
I have POM (POM.03.00.03.03.008) for sms campaign. I have set the delivery receipt as always in the SMS SMPP settings and I was receiving the SMS delivery status messages.
Suddenly POM stopped updating this message and always the status of the message is SMS Sent.
Please can you help me diagnosing this issue.
