Real time reporting and microsoft direct access

Has anyone worked in this scenario and got real time displays to work over Microsoft DA?
Main office works fine using unicast. However remote sites client PC connect back via Microsoft DA. The display starts and then reports no data available, its working fine in main office. Any ideas or help much appreciated
