Hi,
I have created one sms application similar to AvayaPOMSMS but only with a different name. After creating this successfully in epm we portal, when i try to use this application in the campaign strategy, this application is not getting in the drop down list of SMSApplication.
With my analysis and information on the forum i can see the appliation is supposed ot be in the avayapom database which then gets picked up in the strategy.
In my db, i cannot see a new row created for this application but i can see lines for other applications which were already there.
I restarted POM, app server and also reboot epm and auxillary server, but is not working.
Request to please hep me in this.
