I want to develop customized CCT applications to coexists with Agent Desktop (CCAD). The CCT will use the same username/password with the Agent desktop and will handles popup for incoming contact.
The question is: Do I need any (extra) license for this? Will it double the agent count (as in the case of CCE)?
