Does anyone know if there is a way to run a report for recorded calls with Avaya Call Recorder/Call Recording Server? I'm trying to get a number of calls for one month. I can export all the calls and count them but that seems like a non-IT way of doing it. We no longer have a telephony engineer and someone needs to know.
