One of my customer needs to record from AACC using third party call recording application (Its name is Incontact- Part of Nice) . I think he needs to have the following licenses to be able to do this:
TSAPI Basic License per each recorded extension
DMCC Basic License for each recorded extension
Is there anything missing?
