    CMS newbie ACD question

    Hello all,

    I need help today with the simple task of deleting a few Agent-IDs from my CMS. The problem I have is with being able to get to the correct ACD to delete the right agents. I have three ACDs and I need ACD3. How do I get the the ACD3 Dictionary? It defaults to ACD1 and I do not know how to get to the ACD3 Dictionary. I do not have CMS Supervisor on my desktop, so do I need that to perform this task? I was trying to do this by logging into the CMS menu using putty. I am not a call center manager either. I am an Avaya PBX engineer trying to do a little CMS work and learn at the same time.
