Does anyone know if agents, skills, VDN's etc can be part of more than one tenant in CMS?
For example, I have 3 supervisors A, B, and C. A and B should only see their assigned agents, skills, etc. But C should see both A and B's agents skills etc.
Can I create 3 tenants and have the tenant for C supervisor have agents, skills, etc that are already assigned to either A or B tenants?
