I have completed an IPSec tunnel for our remote users using Checkpoint firewalls and offloading DHCP to our Infoblox devices. All the phones (9611, 9630, 9640, & 9650) are able to complete the tunnel successfully. However, only the 9640 & 9650 are able to connect to the call server(s). Could there be a configuration I'm missing?
