In our company we have Definity G3 Communication System. Today I tried to login to the Definity switch, I wanted to check something, and I couldnt do it. It says "INCORRECT LOGIN". Before I could login without problems. I have no idea what could have happened :/ We were using the default username and password (craft and crftpw). I read some articles about how to reset the password, but none were really helpful.
Could anyone please help with how to reset the password? Any sort of help would be really great!
Also, I noticed that the LED which says "CARD IN USE" (located under the memory card) is turned off. Could this be a memory card problem?
