I'm trying to help a BP figure out how to get Caller ID activated on an old G3R8 Si SCC switch. I don't know if this was a standard feature with that release back then.
The end-user does have a current Avaya Maintenance Contract. So I'm wondering if someone from Avaya Tech support can just dial into the switch and change the feature from "NO" to "YES".
