This morning we noticed that two Avaya 1608-I phones are displaying the following message:
“Loading ha1608ual_34.3a.bin…
.........
Restarting”
The devices keep repeating this cycle and never complete the system load.
Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue and confirm whether it is related to firmware, network configuration, or if any additional action is required.
