Migrate Avaya to a new pc

i have an avaya ip400 office system and the manager side is on a pc that is 8 years old and i need to move this.

My telecom company ceased trading under dubious circumstances and we have no way of getting any of our product details licence etc from them.

How can i find this out and then move the software to a new pc please.
